The Market Barber

The Market Barber is a new Barber Shop in Melton Mowbray Market and is owned and run by Jon.

 

"Thank you for visiting the website, below I will tell you a little about myself and my new Barber shop.

​

I have been a Barber for some 25 years and completed my training in London. I then opened my first shop in Shrewsbury after moving to Shropshire. Over the years I have worked in the USA and Australia, and then back to London for several more years.

​

I have now settled in the Melton area with my wife and two children.

​

I pride myself in offering a competitively priced, high quality service to everyone, in a clean, hygienic and friendly environment.

​

The Market Barber shop will be open on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday for 'walk-in' customers and on Mondays  for appointments only.  Click here for opening times.

I have chosen to offer an appointment service simply because wherever I have worked in the past there have always been a number of customers that have suggested they would prefer an appointment so that they don't have to sit and wait.

​

The shop will also be open on Sundays between 8.00am and 12.00pm when the car boot sale is on.

​

There is free parking available at the large on-site car park on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the duration of your visit.
